Text Box: LEAPS Monthly Meeting Location Alta-Bates Medical Center, Herrick Campus “CC” Conference Room 2001 Dwight Way Berkeley, CA 94704 Getting there: Alta-Bates, Herrick Campus, is on Dwight Way, between Shattuck Avenue and Milvia Street in Downtown Berkeley. There is on-street parking at meters. The parking lot at 2500 Milvia Street is free after 6 PM. Public transportation access from BART-Downtown Berkeley Station to AC Transit 9 Bus. Enter through main entrance. Go through lobby, turn left to Elevator B. Take Elevator B to Level A (basement). Conference Room is through double doors next to phone bank.

ABOUT US

►  L.E.A.P.S. is a patient-run support group that provides a constructive environment where patients feel accepted and where the struggles caused by Lyme and other tick-borne diseases are not questioned.

 

►  We foster information exchange so participants share knowledge about available resources, empowering each member to take positive actions in managing illness.

 

If you have been diagnosed with Lyme Disease or are interested in learning more about diagnosis, treatment, and management of this illness, please attend.

 

LEAPS meets 6:00—8:00PM on the fourth Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise noted).
